Women in Process Mining (WIPM) seeks new Chapter Leads

Women in Process Mining (WIPM) is seeking new Chapter Leads across the world as it expands its community.

WIPM is the first global community for women who work, study, or research in process mining. Its mission is to build a platform for women in process mining to help strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way for future women in the field. 

WIPM currently has Local Chapters in Amsterdam, Bangalore, Berlin, Madrid, Munich, and New York City. As part of its goal to help women connect, learn from each other, and grow together, WIPM is opening new chapters across Asia, Africa, South America, North America, Central Europe, and The Nordics.

What are WIPM Local Chapters?

WIPM’s Local Chapters are regionally focused groups that help bring people together to network, learn, and share. WIPM is looking for new Chapter Leads that will:

• Build and lead their local community.
• Organize meetups and knowledge-sharing events.
• Represent their region within WIPM’s global network.

WIPM was co-founded by Gabriela Galic, managing director DACH at OFI Services and Christine (Hunter) Bavarian, VP, North America marketing and global partner marketing at Celonis. Chapter Leads include Lindsay Ryan from Process&, Queenie Lin from SAP Signavio, Dr. Kanika Goel from Deloitte, and Amina Mrad from Apolix.

Process mining in business transformation

Process mining continues to play a key role in modern business transformation and process excellence. The PEX Report 2025/26, based on the results of a global survey of more than 200 professionals, found that 24 percent of businesses currently use process mining to support transformation efforts. What’s more, 17 percent are planning to increase investment in process mining in the next 12 months.
