The capabilities of this feature are designed to revolutionize process analysis, offering an unprecedented ability to identify step-by-step process behavior and allowing businesses to delve into and comprehend the impact of individual sequences. “By recognizing sequence patterns, your process experts can pinpoint inefficient sequences within their operations, while assessing performance impacts of individual steps moves beyond general metrics to scrutinize process details intricately,” according to the release summary.
This enables the determination of optimal and suboptimal process paths, essential for targeted improvements and efficiency advancements. Users can gain a granular understanding of process bottlenecks, identify inefficient sequences and target specific process steps for improvement, ultimately enhancing overall process efficiency.
AI-assisted context analyzer, sentiment analysis (beta program)
This feature instantly surfaces positive, negative and neutral sentiment across unstructured customer experience data. It uncovers patterns and drivers behind customer emotions, enabling targeted and effective process improvements. What’s more, by continuously monitoring sentiment across the end-to-end journey, it allows organizations to respond to issues before they escalate.
AI-assisted context analyzer, text-to-event matching (beta program)
Text-to-event matching integrates customer sentiments with process events, offering a single view of both operational and experience data in one solution. “The AI-assisted context analyzer capability allows users to analyze unstructured data like experience records directly within the process context without leaving their mining tool,” stated SAP.
Process experts and analysts can explore key process stages, identify experience bottlenecks and understand exactly why customers feel the way they do along a process. This goes beyond analyzing text by connecting real customer feedback with the underlying processes and acting on those insights within minutes, providing immediate understanding and freeing up time for analysis focus.

This integration simplifies document management and reduces human error by offering template activities for moving and deleting documents in Microsoft SharePoint.
“It automates document move and deletion tasks, increasing operational efficiency and maintaining accessible file change maintenance directly within your processes.” The feature ensures secure and compliant management and maintenance of documents within the governance workflow.
SAP Cloud ALM Solution integration action
To reduce the manual effort required by process managers in managing the process and implementation lifecycle, automatic synchronization of process model revisions from SAP Signavio solutions to SAP Cloud ALM has been introduced. “This ensures greater data consistency and provides the flexibility to configure relevant statuses for tailored synchronization, reducing manual effort, maintaining data accuracy and offering administrative flexibility in configuration.”
