mindzie & Alibaba expand process intelligence

Business processes are the backbone of operations, linking people, systems, and data across the enterprise. As organizations in the Kingdom accelerate their adoption of AI, mindzie aims to ensure initiatives are rooted in real business context, stated a press release.

By anchoring AI in operational reality, organizations can move past pilots and experimentation to deliver tangible, measurable results.

With AI embedded across the platform, mindzie empowers organizations to pinpoint inefficiencies, expose bottlenecks, and continuously improve how work gets done, the company said. These capabilities directly align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals, advancing digital transformation, boosting productivity, and driving operational excellence (OPEX) across both the public and private sectors.

“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is rapidly positioning itself as a leader in digital innovation,” said Soren Frederiksen, CTO at mindzie. “By expanding with Alibaba Cloud, we’re giving organizations greater choice in how they deploy our platform, while ensuring data sovereignty and security. Most importantly, we’re helping teams ensure their AI initiatives are grounded in real business operations, so AI can deliver value efficiently and at scale.”

Process intelligence to rescue failed AI projects in 2026

Process intelligence will rescue 30 percent of failed AI projects in 2026, according to Forrester. The research giant recently released its predictions for the next frontier of automation, highlighting process intelligence as a key factor in successful AI adoption.

The race to cognitive automation is well underway, Forrester wrote on Forbes. “For years, deterministic automation has been the backbone of reliability and compliance. While this paradigm still matters, it no longer defines the frontier. The growth of agentic AI has shifted the goalposts from task execution to contextual reasoning and adaptive decision-making.”

Process intelligence sits at an inflection point in this evolution with immense potential to provide agents with contextual awareness and process grounding, Forrester added.
