Global research firm Everest Group has assessed 23 process mining providers in a new PEAK Matrix® report.
Everest Group positioned the providers on its PEAK Matrix® framework as Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants based on their capabilities and offerings. Each profile offers a comprehensive picture of the provider’s key strengths and limitations.
The research is designed to help process mining buyers select the best-fit provider for their requirements, while providers will be able to benchmark themselves against their competition. It also evaluates key process mining technology trends and assesses providers’ strengths and limitations.

Process mining is a fast-growing market
Process mining is one of the fastest-growing markets in the intelligent automation space, according to Everest Group. “To support enterprise objectives, technology providers are upgrading their process mining product capabilities. While providers continue to invest steadily in generative artificial intelligence (AI) based enhancements, some of them have also started exploring agentic AI capabilities.”
