The Business Transformation World Summit Awards have launched for 2026 with submissions now open.
The annual global awards recognize and celebrate those spearheading superior operational excellence (OPEX) and business transformation initiatives within their organizations.
Across eight categories, this year’s award winners will be announced at the rebranded Business Transformation World Summit, taking place January 26 – 28 in Miami, Florida.

Business transformation leaders will be recognized in eight individual categories:
- Best Digital Transformation Initiative
- Best Achievement in Driving Change & Transforming Organizational Culture
- Best Continuous Improvement System
- Best Process Improvement Project Under 90 Days
- Best Strategic Business Transformation Program
- Best Transformation Delivering Customer Excellence
- Business Transformation Leader Team of the Year
- Best Achievement in Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Innovation
The 2026 awards feature an esteemed judging panel including Ekaterina ‘Katie’ Curry, managing director, head of operations, Multifamily/LeaseTrack at Millennial Specialty Insurance and PEX Network Advisory Board member, as well as PEX Network contributor Kartick Kalaimani, VP of Dentsu.
Other judges include Rush Fozo, SVP, investment operations outsourcing at Northern Trust Corporation, Ruben Del Toro, VP of continuous improvement at Freeman and Company and Beth Johnson, director, head of credit card operations for consumer finance at Goldman Sachs.
Previous winners include Vueling Airlines, Siemens Gamesa, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and GWL Realty Advisors.

Business transformation leaders face an unprecedented moment in time
