The public sector must become faster, more efficient, and more digital to meet the expectations of citizens and businesses in Germany, said Ibel. “Process optimization, paired with the responsible and trustworthy use of AI, can make a significant contribution to this transformation.”
With Celonis technology, public administration gains full transparency into its processes and the ability to continuously improve them, Idel added. “This provides the foundation for meaningful process improvements and for AI that combines efficiency with fairness and trust. We are deliberately pursuing an approach rooted in European values – one that strengthens digital sovereignty and offers a clear alternative to opaque models.”
Process intelligence is a proven technology that has consistently improved efficiency and outcomes – not only in the private sector, but also in public institutions around the world, commented Florian Schewior, general manager DACH at Celonis. “This is why we’re making significant investments in our public sector solutions. With Julius Ibel, we are adding a leader who not only brings deep expertise in public administration, but also a strong understanding of the societal responsibility that comes with technology.”
