DXC Technology is partnering with Boomi to accelerate agentic artificial intelligence (AI) automation.
Together, they aim to redefine how enterprises automate and integrate operations with AI, streamlining application modernization and helping to speed adoption of agentic systems at scale.
Last week, DXC revealed how it collaborated with Northeast Grocery to drive digital transformation and generate US$40 million in savings over five years. Through the partnership, DXC led the modernization of Northeast Grocery’s IT infrastructure, setting the stage for future innovation.

Accelerating agentic AI automation across 3 areas
The DXC-Boomi partnership focuses on delivering customer value across three core areas:
1. Application modernization
DXC will deliver modern, cloud-native integration solutions designed to replace legacy middleware and accelerate business transformation. In collaboration with leading enterprise platforms, DXC and its partners will launch joint go-to-market initiatives to co-develop solutions and reusable assets, enabling shared clients to modernize more efficiently and achieve faster outcomes.
2. AI-driven migration and data readiness
By combining Boomi’s AI-powered automation platform with DXC’s end-to-end engineering expertise, organizations can integrate critical systems, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.
3. Agentic transformation with Boomi Agentstudio
Leveraging its expertise in complex IT environments, DXC ensures that Boomi’s Agentstudio operates securely and intelligently across enterprise systems, orchestrating AI agents at scale to drive smarter, automated operations.
To provide support and best practices, the companies will also launch a dedicated Boomi Center of Excellence (COE) within DXC. The COE will act as a delivery and innovation hub, providing reusable assets, field enablement and proven implementation patterns, according to a press release.
