“We're proud to recognize our partners and the vital role they play in driving business transformation throughout APJ,” said Steve Gillett, RVP, APJ alliances at Appian. “These Partner Awards showcase the remarkable impact our partners deliver for organizations across the region through their own deep expertise and commitment. Each of these partners has demonstrated exceptional dedication in providing outstanding value to the customers we serve together.”
The five winners are:
Roboyo – Delivery Award Winner
Roboyo has consistently delivered exceptional results on projects, combining quality, speed and measurable customer impact, Appian stated. In Australia, the firm has led digital transformation initiatives across government, insurance and higher education sectors, modernizing key processes such as incident management, compliance, invoice automation, case collaboration, HR, finance and student services.
Roboyo has also pioneered innovative solutions, including generative AI-driven automation, cross-agency collaboration portals, and WCAG-compliant platforms for students.
WNS – Innovation Award Winner
WNS has established itself as a leader in innovation with the development of Life Support Outage Management (LSOM) powered by PowerAlert, a distinctive solution designed to tackle key challenges in the energy and utilities sector. These providers often struggle with compliance risks and inefficiencies stemming from manual outage management processes, which can jeopardize the safety of vulnerable customers.
WNS addressed these issues with an integrated platform featuring real-time dashboards, automated outage notifications, precise asset-to-customer mapping and built-in compliance enforcement, Appian said.
Deloitte – Growth Award Winner
Deloitte has demonstrated a strong commitment to accelerating Appian’s growth through a sustained, multi-year investment in their alliance. By building a robust pipeline and scaling delivery capabilities through extensive practitioner enablement, Deloitte has secured early customer wins and is actively expanding those relationships, Appian stated.
With dedicated alliance leadership embedded in Deloitte’s Engineering division, the practice has grown rapidly, enabling broad practitioner adoption.
Accenture – Transformation Award Winner
Accenture has been a standout leader in delivering large-scale enterprise transformation using the Appian Platform. The firm is spearheading post-merger integration and digital transformation for a major superannuation provider, unifying legacy systems and streamlining operations across the organization, according to Appian.
By consolidating technology platforms and simplifying processes, Accenture has enhanced operational efficiency while improving the member experience through digital channels, personalized engagement and data-driven insights.
Via Appia – Channel Partner of the Year Award Winner
Via Appia has demonstrated strong commitment to growing Appian’s footprint across the APJ region through strategic investments in innovation, practice development and delivery capabilities. The firm has expanded its operations in the Philippines, securing new wins in the banking and government sectors, including digital check deposit solutions for a major bank and mission-critical automation for national institutions.
APAC firms lead the way in digital transformation
APAC businesses are leading the way in digital transformation, outpacing global peers in embracing digital tools. The Zoho Workplace Digital Transformation Survey 2025 found that the APAC region is ahead in several key areas – outperforming other regions in artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and structured collaboration processes.
The study, conducted across multiple industries and organization sizes, also revealed that APAC’s digital transformation maturity (66.35 percent) overtakes that of developed nations and the global average (62.3 percent).
More than three-quarters (76 percent) of APAC businesses fall into advanced digital transformation maturity levels (Level 3 and above), indicating widespread adoption of sophisticated tools and processes that drive workplace effectiveness and efficiency.
APAC as a region is expected to reach an optimized maturity state in the next 10 years, with continued investment in the digital workplace, according to the survey.
