The winners’ commitment to mission outcomes helps agencies unify data, accelerate process improvement, and deliver measurable impact, Van Valkenburgh added. “Together, we’re enabling the government to move faster, operate smarter, and serve with greater accountability.”
The winners of the 2025 Appian Government Partner Impact and Excellence Awards are:
Deloitte – Delivery Award
For over a decade, Deloitte has helped public sector clients modernize regulatory review using Appian, delivering scalable workflows and dashboards for thousands of users. The team has launched hundreds of production apps supporting millions of logins and tens of thousands of workflows, improving efficiency and ensuring operational continuity. Through agile delivery, rigorous QA, training, and hypercare, Deloitte has streamlined processes, enhanced user experience, and enabled reliable mission-critical operations.
Accenture Federal Services – Innovation Award
Accenture Federal Services earned recognition for two major innovations. The Appian Agility Layer, co-developed with Appian, integrates workflows across legacy defense ERP systems, automating tasks, speeding asset deployment, and driving cost-efficient lifecycle management. A second solution enhances contested logistics decision-making by unifying data, processes, and people to help planners rapidly assess disruptions and downstream impacts. Both demonstrate a non-disruptive orchestration model that improves precision, accelerates decisions, strengthens mission assurance, and offers repeatable frameworks for large organizations.

The Ignyte Group achieved exceptional growth in the federal and state and local government markets, delivering a 1,600 percent year-over-year increase in sourced net-new ACV and a 450 percent rise in approved deal registrations. Their success reflects strong co-selling with Appian and strategic focus on public health and constituent experience missions. Ignyte also elevated technical excellence, marked by a 71 percent increase in certified Appian lead developers.
Groundswell – Transformation Award
Groundswell partnered with a major federal financial regulator to modernize core supervisory operations through the Appian-based Supervision360 program, redesigning over 200 processes across 18 systems. The platform delivers a unified, secure workspace for case managers, examiners, and reviewers, eliminating silos and speeding decisions. Using Appian Data Fabric and AI, it automates document handling, data extraction, and user support, boosting efficiency while minimizing custom code.
“Our partner’s dedication to innovation and collaboration is driving meaningful modernization across the government,” commented Matt Chong, SVP, public sector at Appian. “True transformation happens when intelligence is embedded in workflows, systems are interoperable, and decisions are guided by real process insight, and our partners lead the way. Together, we’re enabling more resilient, agile, and mission-focused government institutions that deliver real value to citizens.”
