Organizational change is the process of making significant changes to a company’s structure, strategies, processes or systems, and it can apply to leadership changes, staff restructuring, technology adoption or strategic shifts.
While it is usually intended to have a positive outcome, it can pose challenges such as disruptions and resistance from employees. Effective strategies for communication and stakeholder engagement, along with a supportive organizational culture, are essential for managing these challenges.
