Companies are having to deal with disruptive change on a scale that is perhaps historically unprecedented. But change is not as simple as changing a process and expecting that the business will function better, says Steve Jacobs, Chairman and senior partner at CLG, in this Boardroom Perspectives podcast. You have to take a wider perspective towards change and look at the culture and behaviors required to drive results, he argues. Improved results don’t always follow an improved process alone. In his PEX Network interview, Jacobs discusses key trends he sees shaping business operations and how process professionals can help to shift the behaviors within their companies.
