Companies are having to deal with disruptive change on a scale that is perhaps historically unprecedented. But change is not as simple as changing a process and expecting that the business will function better, says Steve Jacobs, Chairman and senior partner at CLG, in this Boardroom Perspectives podcast. You have to take a wider perspective towards change and look at the culture and behaviors required to drive results, he argues. Improved results don’t always follow an improved process alone.
