Process professionals are always so focused on improving business processes – isn’t it time we look at improving how we improve? That’s the question posed by Lynn Kelley, Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Union Pacific Railway. She says that often process professionals are so focused on external change that they don't look critically enough at making changes to their own jobs.
