'We noticed when we started a problem with a lot of silos at first. From lots of silos we needed to move towards much more collaboration. That's out first 'C'. Our second 'C' is how we move from where we were after three years... Our internal customers saw only the heaviness of the organisation once it was created and they didn't see the benefit. So you need to be much more customer oriented — and see that your mindset is more customer oriented.'
