Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is expanding its collaboration with Microsoft to develop new artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud solutions to equip customers to drive future business transformation and growth.
TCS will integrate Microsoft services to develop platform solutions to help customers of both companies transition critical applications and workloads from legacy systems to the cloud across a range of sectors including financial services, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and automotive and life sciences and healthcare, according to the announcement.

Across the globe, large enterprises embracing cloud adoption and legacy platform modernization are encountering key challenges including high initial costs, limited IT workforce capacity and a shortage of industry-specific expertise.
The Microsoft-TCS collaboration aims to eliminate these barriers by creating new AI solutions like TCS’ mosaic of agentic AI-infused cloud migration and modernization tools while enhancing existing frameworks and accelerators, according to a press release.
“This next phase of our collaboration with Microsoft spotlights the enduring role that AI and cloud continue to play in driving business growth and transformation,” said Krishna Mohan, VP and global head, cloud unit at TCS. “This multi-year collaboration with Microsoft will enable customers to drive outcomes and discover opportunities using cloud-enabled, AI-driven solutions and industry best practices.”

TCS integrates Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform
TCS is integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform into its suite of cloud solutions. By combining the strengths of TCS and Microsoft Azure services, TCS aims to enhance its engineering and solution capabilities to deliver unified, AI-powered experiences that accelerate enterprise cloud transformation and enable intelligent, cloud-first business operations.
TCS will also integrate industry-specific Microsoft Cloud solutions and AI services to deliver solutions. These will enable customers to make smarter, faster decisions, streamline operations and foster innovation.
