Martin provides some interesting suggestions for how business users can build a rock-solid business case for BPM technology that sidesteps traditional IT and procurement obstacles. Thanks to the Cloud, those keen to experiment with technology enabled process improvement can use a 'test and learn' approach, without the need to provision hardware or install software.
