Most Customer Centric Initiative: All project awards entries are eligible to win

These shortlisted companies will be required to attend an interview, ahead of PEX Week Europe, about their application and the winners selected by the judges, experienced process practitioners themselves. Categories include Best Project Under 90 days, Best Project Over 90 days, Best BPM Project and Best Start up Business Excellence Program and Best Project Contributing to Organisational Value, Sustainability and Innovation.

The Process Excellence European Awards are PEX Network’s annual awards for and judged by the process excellence community. Having run for over 8 years they are renowned for recognizing project and programme process excellence success stories.

The judges, Process Excellence experts, from Bank of New York Mellon, DB, RSA, BP, Ministry of Justice, Honeywell, ABB, Fornari, Alstom, BP Group, Lloyd's Register and BNP Paribas Cardif shortlisted the following companies for their demonstration of improved business performance through process change.

Business Process Excellence has provided the backbone to critical efficiencies, organizational streamlining and transformation needed in today’s business environment. With recent economic changes, particularly in Europe, this is more critical than ever to drive recovery.

By demonstrating a process centric culture through process improvement and process management many companies have found that their efforts are now translating into revenue, time and waste savings positioning them as future business leaders.

Process Excellence Network believes that these are the teams that deserve recognition and the motivation for another year of strong results. Winning an award at the event has proven to give these firms a significant enhancement to their internal stakeholder and customer profile with many previous winners attributing the awards as a direct boost to their business outlook.

The 2013 PEX Network North American Awards celebrated the success of DTE Energy, Roche Pharmaceuticals, TELUS, Braskem - UNIB 2 RS, Quattor-Braskem, Globe Telecom, JEA and SingTel.

Winners will be announced and presented awards during the Awards Ceremony on 30th April 2013, London.
