Andrew Brown is the Director of the Operational Excellence Program at Harris Corporation, a technology company, defense contractor and information technology services provider. In this podcast, he talks to Seth Adler about how getting the metrics right will impact on the bottom line and the ongoing strategy of an organization.

He also discusses the fine art of feather-ruffling in a diverse organization that thrives on the relationships that exist throughout the company.

Andrew shares the importance of building positive relationships from the top down: 'It's all about building those relationships, understanding what's going on. And there's that saying, oh, I'm from corporate. I'm here to help. But, we really are, and we're trying to build this portfolio of projects and assessments and to provide help wherever we can.'
