These advances are causing a revolution in the expectations of patients, their families and the hospital’s physicians. The limitations of the past are no longer being tolerated and many hospitals, insurance companies and companies in virtually every industry are feeling this push. The simple fact is that this evolution is causing real changes in the operation of business and the way healthcare institutions operate and compete.
This paper proposes a new approach to delivering consistently successful improvement and transformation projects that are accepted by all involved – sponsors, stakeholders, staff, IT, patients/families, physicians and other clinicians.
