Evolving BPM and moving towards "intelligent" processes at Austria’s A1 Telekom
The merger of two companies can create a real headache for process professionals as different working practices, cultures and systems need to be merged into one entity. That was the challenge facing mobile operator Mobilkom and fixed line operator Telekom Austria after they merged in 2010 to become A1 Telekom, Austria’s leading telecom operator.

The interview also discuses the company's approach to incorporate real-time monitoring and event monitoring into their BPM approach, which they call "process intelligence".
