Process is always leading. You need to start with process. So we would take a business area, define your processes. At the same time, get your technical foundation correct, do a bit of strategic thinking about it as well, because automation for a single process is normally not a sensible thing to do. That foundation would be something driven by more of a strategic study. But, in implementing it, developing it, chunk by chunk, not everything at the same time.
