About this Podcast...

The BPM software market is overly geared towards IT automation, says independent analyst Ian Leaver at Forward Look. In this Process Perspectives, based on a video interview recorded LIVE at Pex Week Europe earlier this year, Leaver argues that Business Process Management software has been traditionally focused on gaining efficiency improvements by taking people out of processes. Instead, he says, BPM software providers should concentrate more on empowering business users to do the job they need to do - something he terms user-centric process management.
