What are companies doing in terms of Lean Six Sigma belt programs? We currently have Black Belt training and Specialist training that could be considered a yellow belt level, but we are looking to implement a level in between. What are companies doing and what are you focusing at each level? Projects? If so, how many? Team participation at the yellow belt or green belt level?
Also, are you doing training internally or externally? If external, do you pay an annual fee or did you pay a one time fee up front.
