Dear Sir, This question is not directly concerned with your article, but would appreciate your guidance in this area? I am a Six Sigma Black Belt with 2 years experience in LEAN and Operational roles and over 5 years in Business Development. Have worked in the Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, Environment and Hospitality industries. I am further LEAN Six Sigma trained professional, currently on the look out for opportunities in process improvements and LEAN backgrounds. I have also recently completed my MBA in Project and Operations Management from The University of Birmingham with an internship in Honeywell. What do you think the staring point would be for people at my creer level looking at opportunities in process improvements in the financial services and otherwise.
