Dear Process Excellence professionals ... what is the difference between operational excellence and process excellence?
Has anyone tried to define them? Or are these defined in any textbook as different?
I can't see how we can achieve Operational excellence without process excellence and I don't see a need to drive process excellence if we do not need Operational excellence.
I look forward to any views on this.
