A friend of mine recently had a 'bad' experience in a hpspital where she had to go for repeated visits over a period of a week. Though the organisation is seen to be one of the 'best' in the region, their processess don't seem to have been 'pexed' at all! We would like to make a proposal to the hospital in areas that we feel they can easily make improvements on and are looking for any such samples of proposals for such a service industry. Does any of you have something you can share?
