In this Process Excellence Network interview, Jim explains that tigers are the internal voice that tells us we will fail when we set out to achieve something different or extraordinary. To lead a large scale process excellence program, he says, we have to convince a lot of people that we have the right idea- but perhaps the most important person that needs convincing is ourselves.
