As a result, Adrian Pasciuta, Technical Director at solution provider Vitria Technology, says that today it's not good enough for businesses to make decisions based on what's happened in the past. Organisations need to know what's happening in their business right now, he says, so that they can identify potential problems and fix them before customers are even aware of them. He calls this "Operational Intelligence".
