The Hunoval Law Firm, a North Carolina based legal firm that handles flat-fee residential foreclosures, has been using Lean Six Sigma since 2012 to increase effiiciency and reduce errors. Since the program was set up the firm estimates it has saved clients $4 million and by the end of 2014 expects 70% of its workforce to the be Greenbelt certified. So is there a future for Six Sigma in law?
