Survey: What Issues Have You Experienced While Buying And Deploying Enterprise Suites?

What holds your organization back or what issues surface when buying and deploying enterprise suites such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and HRM? When Forrester Research surveyed 111 business process professionals in Sept 2009, they responded with these issues:
- 92% high cost of ownership
- 89% difficult to upgrade
- 86% poor cross-functional support
- 80% needs mismatch apps
- 77% inflexibility limits change
- 67% lack of process visibility
Forrester is currently writing a Big Idea report on the Future of Business Processes in 2020. As part of their baseline research, they’d like to know if the challenges with enterprise suites have stayed the same since 2009, if these problems loom even larger, or if the impact of these issues has diminished since they last did the survey in 2009.
