Resistance to change is often cited as one of the biggest challenges when it comes to process improvement. But with change coming at companies thick and fast, the ability to change business operations and processes quickly is becoming critical to survival. So how can enterprises handle change better?

In this Process Perspectives podcast, Daniel Lock, principal of Daniel Lock Consulting and author of a new e-book on change management, joins the program to discuss why some of the traditional change management approaches don’t lead to the best results and offer suggestions on how to handle change better. He also details how to use a tool he calls the "Buy In Index" in order to evaluate how embedded your changes are within the organization and even reveals his best piece of advice on handling change.
