"LEAP" over Waste the Deutsche Bank Way

Change isn't something that happens to you, says Peter Zorn, Head of Lean and Transitions at Deutsche Bank, it should be something of which you're part. In this Profit through Process podcast, Zorn discusses the cultural transformation needed in any continuous improvement program and talks about Deutsche Banks’ Lean Excellence Activity Program (LEAP).

Zorn also talks about the common difficulties organisations face when they start on the Lean journey in office environments, and reflects on how Deutsche Bank has managed to engage its leadership teams to support its dedicated Lean program for such a long time. Finally, he offers some advice to those who might be struggling for senior sponsorship and trying to embed Lean culture in their office processes.
