How Fortis Bank Turkey is Taking the Steps to Organizational Fitness

Speaking to Helen Winsor of IQPC, Tutku Salihoglu, head of Process Improvement at Fortis Bank Turkey, gives an insight into the company’s Organizational Fitness program. She explains the background behind the launch of the program, before detailing the management methodology behind it; how it is being rolled out; and how it has changed the structure of the organization.

Salihoglu also explains how the effectiveness of this initiative is being reviewed and measured, as well as talking about the types of "unnecessary" activities the Lean approach has eliminated so far. She also runs through the training elements involved and reflects on how it is being received company-wide.
