In the last 40 years there has been an introduction, refinement and adoption of three core management frameworks that provide a sound basis for the core planning and execution of processes. In July 2011, a survey was conducted i-nexus and Process Excellence Network in July 2011 to understand the level of adoption of management frameworks and methodologies, Operational Excellence priorities over the next two years and the tools used to facilitate the different stages of the Business Execution process.
