30 March 2015 [SOURCE: Technavio Research] - The need for improved business processes has resulted in drastic growth of Global Business Process Management (BPM) as a Service Market, which is expected to post a CAGR of 37.18% from 2015-2019, says research firm Technavio.
BPM as a service helps align the objectives of an organization with client requirements by integrating the technical and management potential of the organization. It provides flexibility and technical integration through an innovative and comprehensive management platform.

"BPM enables business efficiency by optimizing business operations and also allows organizations to improve their business processes and related services," says Faisal Ghaus, Vice President of Technavio.
The new Technavio report emphasizes smart mobile devices like smartphones and tablets that are being increasingly adopted by consumers. Organizations are providing work-from-home options to reduce costs and enhance employee mobility, which has resulted in an increase in the number of employees working from remote locations.
"With increased adoption of smart devices, a number of vendors are launching mobile applications that enable users to use high-quality services on the move," says Ghaus.
