Juan has been with Appian for four years and currently serves as the Process Automation Technology Lead for Product Strategy. Prior to joining Appian, Juan worked for over 15 years as a consultant and independent contractor. He has led customized software development projects for medium and large organizations. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans.
