First, I want to thank you for giving me an answer to may question about "e;Not for Profit use of six sigma"e;. I am currently leading my first six sigma project in a not for profit agency for the learning disabilied. I have defined two if not three major issues. I have measured the current standards and found them to be unacceptable to the consumers receiving the service and the customers that buy the product that these consumers make. The next step is to take the news back to the workers and ask for suggestions for improvments.
