Hi, I want to know whether the knowledge of six sigma is sufficient to apply to any process without in depth knowledge of the process. In my opinion if any process works efficiently for a "e;moment"e; then it should work well for ever (24x7). With good process knowledge root cause of such problems will be very simple with "e;inexpensive"e; solutions. But poor process knowledge will lead to poor root cause of the problem with "e;expensive"e; solutions. In both the case problem has been solved. I want experts to comment on this... R S Loya
