As i saw from your website, you have extensive experience in six sigma. Currently i am doing thesis on integrating six sigma within project management.
I got a question, may be you can help.
How six sigma can be apply to new project tasks. As i read from books and journals that six sigma needs lots of data to acheive its standards to perform statistical analysis.
But if we are doing the task first time( consider as new project), then how six sigma can helps us.
Can you please let me know as soon as possible.
