I have been doing process improvement within my company, and at my former Job I have performed many process reviews for Sarbanes-Oxley. I would like to take an outside, training course. Not an on-line one. I understand Lean Six Sigma and Process Excellence have made some changes recently. Do you have any recommendations for a good 3-5 day outside training class to attend on this subject matter. I have no prior formal training on process improvement, but would like a good course to attend somewhere near the NYC area. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you.
