In this panel session, PepsiCo senior director – global process excellence Tanu Mukherjee was joined by Jan Ricken, head of group organization and process excellence at Encevo, and Saint Gobain head of lean process Philippa Sides, to discuss their process mining priorities and the challenges their organizations have faced during their process mining journeys.
