Although there is growing interest in Lean for the office environment - stemming from budget cutbacks and a tough economic environment, there is also still a lot of resistance to Lean. In this PEX Network video interview Peter Zorn, Head of Lean and Transitions at Deutsche Bank discusses the evolution of the Lean Office concept and Lean principles. He then explains what a Lean Office looks like, why it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of some people, and what can be done to overcome these stereotypes. He also talks about how he makes Lean a daily practice and about the wider tools and methods which are brought in - Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, BPM - to help keep the Lean Office on track.
