History is littered with them - brutal but effective leaders. From Genghis Khan - that terror of the Mongolian steppes - to Joseph Stalin who introduced the gulag to his people, these leaders built empires founded on fear and violence and aren't often cited as exemplaires of leadership. In this Process Perspectives podcast, White says that studying the actions of bad leaders tells us alot about we shouldn't do in modern business, illuminates common mistakes that new leaders make and gives his tips on how not to brutalize your staff and alienate people.
