While there is still a lot of uncertainty about RPA, it’s getting a real boost from the fact that it allows companies pushing forward with digital platforms to connect,with clunkier legacy systems.
Not only has the market not implemented RPA (60%+ of HR, nearly 50% of Finance and 50% of Multifunctional respondents say that they have done nothing yet) but the vast majority confesses to not understanding its value. What does the future hold?
