Change management saves stalling digital transformation program

“Weetabix had already begun their digital transformation journey but progress had stalled,” said Nick Paul, project lead and senior manager at Nine Feet Tall. “We were brought in to work with the project team to reset the program for success by further developing governance, reducing risks and resolving key challenges to ensure its smooth delivery.”

The program was ultimately delivered on time and on budget through a structured approach that combined functional expertise with end-to-end project and change management capabilities.

“Nine Feet Tall’s expertise in ERP program assurance was helpful in guiding us through our digital transformation journey,” said Suraj Subbarao, head of digital transformation at Weetabix. “The insights and support provided by their team have enhanced our progress, helped align our technology initiatives with our strategic goals and has built capabilities that will sustain the organization for future change programs.”

With the new ERP system in place, Weetabix has enhanced its operational efficiency and digital capabilities.

Change management in the AI era

Change management has never been more important than in the artificial intelligence (AI) era. AI adoption is skyrocketing – driven by new advancements in generative AI and agentic AI.

Organizations are making significant investments in AI to power a wide array of business applications. From boosting automation and augmenting – or even replacing – workforces, to streamlining operations and enhancing compliance, the promise of current and emerging AI technologies is immense.

Yet behind the innovation and excitement lies a critical element for achieving sustainable success: change management. Effectively navigating the sweeping changes AI can introduce is essential. Without it, even the most substantial investments risk falling short – or worse, causing disruption and setbacks.

As AI becomes more deeply embedded in business operations, change management strategies must adapt and mature to fully realize its transformative potential.
