Richard is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at Nimbus. He is an experienced senior executive, with over 20 years working across sales, organisational change management and business process re-engineering. His extensive experience with the company spans the sales and implementation cycles of significant business transformation projects at over 50 multinationals around the world including companies such as Toyota, Avaya, Nestlé and Orange.
Clark Swain is Senior Vice President at Nimbus with responsibility for the Global Major Accounts team . He is based in the USA, where he also runs the Nimbus Global Oil and Gas Sector team. Clark has over twenty five years of process and performance management consulting experience. Prior to joining Nimbus, he was a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and was a Partner at Kaiser Associates (a process and performance management consulting firm in the US). Clark has extensive experience in building process management expertise inside large, geographically diverse organizations such as Marathon Oil, Shell, Chevron, Total and Cameron International. He travels extensively and regularly presents at events in USA, Europe and Far East.
