The recognition reflects Tech Mahindra’s ability to deliver measurable outcomes and drive future-ready operations as well as its achievements in digital transformation, intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (AI) driven service delivery, according to the announcement.

A recent PEX Network survey of more than 200 professionals found that BPM is the most common technology organizations use to support business transformation, cited by 53 percent of respondents. What’s more, 39 percent of businesses are looking to invest in BPM in the next 12 months, up from 22 percent last year.

Its analytics, automation and consulting delivery model, powered by a 50,000+ strong multilingual human-digital workforce across 30 countries, empowers enterprises to transform operations and adapt quickly to market demands, it added.

With more than 30 pre-built generative AI solutions and a robust AI strategy, the company is disrupting the BPM landscape by simplifying next-gen technology adoption, Frost & Sullivan stated.
