Gartner predicts that by 2022, more than 75 percent of global organizations will be running containerized applications in production, up from less than 30 percent today. Software container market is projected to grow at 33 percent CAGR to $4.98bn by 2023. As per MarketsAndMarkets this growth is attributed to large-scale modernization of applications. Containerization of workloads will be a key enabler for organizations as it will increase business agility, DevOps efficiency and will enable a faster time to market.

Containerization poses a few challenges however, including decreased integrated security, inefficient communications management between services, standardization of technology stacks and services, and inadequate tooling.

This webinar presented by LTI and IBM will discuss how to containerize and migrate workloads successfully into IBM Cloud’s Kubernetes or Enterprise Kubernetes platform-as-a-service like OpenShift. They will outline how organizations can use a four-state approach that includes assessment, readiness, migration and optimization (ARMouR), and leverage in-house accelerators and tools in key phases of the process.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Get an overview of containers and container orchestration on IBM Cloud.
  • Understand how to implement LTI’s ARMouR approach to workload migration.
  • Learn how to leverage purpose-built accelerators to containerize and migrate workloads into Kubernetes or OpenShift.

This webinar will be presented by:
