Six Sigma Black Belts and Six Sigma Green Belts form the critical mass of the process improvement program and there has always been a challenge to balance a process improvement project focus against their daily business commitments.  In the current state of recession, process improvement resources are further constrained and yet, the need for process improvements to have immediate impact is stronger than ever.

Here we discuss how Six Sigma Green Belts can achieve fast focused Six Sigma execution in the midst of the economic downturn.

In this complimentary webinar on Focusing your Six Sigma Deployment Plan you will learn how to:

  • Create a compelling call-for-action in your Six Sigma project
  • Speed up the DMAIC with focused workshops as primers
  • Get commitment for your process improvement plan and actions
