If your CEO were ousted or forced to be resign, would you be out of the streets marching in support of him or her? That was exactly what happen when Greg Dyke resigned as Director General of the British Broadcasting Corporation, in 2004 after publication of the Hutton Report, an inquiry into the death of David Kelly, a former UN Weapons inspector, who was named as a source of BBC reporting that the British government has "sexed up" intelligence dossiers in the lead up to the 2003 Iraq war.
