Using process excellence to help fight poverty

Does using process excellence to help fight poverty sound far-fetched? It's not, according to Andrew Parris, Business Process Specialist at World Vision, an international children’s charity. Parris has been working in East Africa for the last couple of years and in this Process Perspectives podcast, he joins the program to tell us more about what he’s been doing and why he think the non-profit sector has a great need for more focus on process improvement.

You can read more about Andrew Parris' work at World Vision here: Improving processes for good in East Africa. His charity, World Vision, is currently looking for Lean Six Sigma experts to volunteer to provide one week of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level training courses in East Africa.
